Liberon Pure Turpentine is highly refined from pine resin. It is recommended for thinning artist’s oil paint, making wax polish using Liberon Beeswax blocks, thinning oil-based paints and general cleaning of oil and grease from most surfaces.

Directions
To thin artist’s oil paint, add a small quantity of Pure Turpentine to the paint on the palette and mix to the desired consistency.

To make beeswax polish, pour the Pure Turpentine into a glass jar and grate in the same volume of Liberon Purified Beeswax. Allow 24 to 48 hours for the Pure Turpentine to soften the Purified Beeswax, stirring occasionally. A 50/50 mix should give a rich creamy wax polish. The consistency may be adjusted by adding more of either ingredient and allowing enough time for it to dissolve.
