How to Apply Liberon Teak Oil- Ensure the wood is bare: remove any wax finishes with Liberon Wax & Polish Remover and any varnish finishes must be stripped off.
- On a bare, clean, dry and dust free surface, apply Liberon Teak Oil either by brush or using a clean, lint free cotton cloth. Leave the oil to penetrate for up to 15 minutes, then wipe off the excess with a new cotton cloth. Failure to do so will prevent penetration of future coats and will leave a sticky surface.
- Repeat step 2 once or twice, depending on how dry or damaged the wood is. Always leave a 24 hour interval between coats.
- Allow the last coat to harden for a few days before use.
